Our FREE Esports Development Clinics (EDCs) are hands-on, collaborative events designed to support the growth of K–12 esports programs. Participants will engage in practical program development sessions focused on starting or strengthening scholastic esports initiatives, as well as learn foundational coaching strategies across multiple game titles. Structured networking and guided discussions will also provide opportunities to share resources, exchange ideas, and build meaningful partnerships within the esports education community. Every attendee leaves with new connections and a clear, actionable plan for advancing esports in their school or organization.

Help shape the Fenworks 2026 Esports Development Clinic! We’re looking for experienced voices in esports and education to lead engaging panels, hands-on coaching demos, and practical strategy sessions.

 If you’ve built programs, coached teams, or have real-world experience growing esports in schools, we want to hear from you. This is a chance to share what you’ve learned, connect with other educators, and help inspire the next wave of scholastic esports programs.

Venue

The Esports Development Clinic will be held at Two Discovery Square. The entrance is on the east side of the building. The Conference Center is straight through the front doors. Please use the entrance where the red location pin is. Registration will be just inside the building.

There is no free parking. There is paid street parking or a paid public parking ramp:

All attendees will be responsible for their own meals and hotel.

Meals

Meals will not be provided at the event. The post-event social will be held at CRAVE – Rochester. If you join the CRAVE reward program, you get a free $10 off immediately.
