Our FREE Esports Development Clinics (EDCs) are hands-on, collaborative events designed to support the growth of K–12 esports programs. Participants will engage in practical program development sessions focused on starting or strengthening scholastic esports initiatives, as well as learn foundational coaching strategies across multiple game titles. Structured networking and guided discussions will also provide opportunities to share resources, exchange ideas, and build meaningful partnerships within the esports education community. Every attendee leaves with new connections and a clear, actionable plan for advancing esports in their school or organization.

Venue
The Esports Development Clinic will be held at Two Discovery Square. The entrance is on the east side of the building. The Conference Center is straight through the front doors. Please use the entrance where the red location pin is. Registration will be just inside the building.

All attendees will be responsible for their own meals and hotel.

If you want to have lunch at Apple Valley, They will have food avaliable.Â
Credit card and Cash will be accepted. Â
Breakfast (7:30 am – 8:30 am) – Breakfast Sandwiches
Lunch (10:30 am – 12:30pm) – Pizza, Pasta bar, or sandwich and a salad bar
